1. About HANN'S TEA

  • Is your tea organic?

No, only our Nature’s vibe is organic, though our other products are close to organic using only a premium quality unblended tea with spices and fruit blends. All the spices used in our products grow naturally and each type of our tea is handpicked carefully or bought from farmers that practice fair trade, as we believe that tea is the ultimate medicine for the soul in its purest form.

  • Are all your tea GMO-free?

Yes! Because we understand the dangers of having addictive in teas, therefore, all our tea are free of GMOs.

  • Why buy tea from HANN’S TEA?

Because Hann’s tea is bent on providing you with the best tea extracted from the finest regions of Sri Lanka giving you not only a sense of satisfaction in a simple cup of tea but also a sense of love and comfort with each sip. We believe that anything extracted from the natural cycle of the world must be given back by some means to restore balance.

  • Do I need to register to buy tea from HANN’S TEA?

Yes, you need to register to order teas from us. This enables us to smoothly process your tea orders and attend to problems if any and lets us communicate with you. Once you register, you will be able to view your dashboard, see your recent and past orders and hence ease things on your side as well as ours.

2. About Orders

  • How long does it take to get my Tea?

All of our products that are in stock ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on the UK delivery option you choose.

  • How do I know my order went through?

After you enter your payment details and an order Thank you notification seen, you should get an order confirmation email with the details. In a case where you didn’t get the confirmation mail kindly check our contact information to get through to our customer service.

  • What are your shipping rates?

  • Is my information safe?

We understand how important your personal data is to you that is why we have secured websites, and besides having a secure site where you enter your information, we will never sell or distribute your information to anyone for any reason.

  • Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

Yes, of course, you can by simply writing to us with your order number and details of further modification e.g. Add more teas, reduce amount etc. This may incur additional costs for added teas or can reduce the amount if you have reduced the tea. Additional costs to be paid will be billed to you via email. If you have reduced the teas in the order and some amount remains, this will stay in your account as a store credit which you can use to buy teas anytime in the future. However, all this happens after we have communicated and solved the issue.

Important Note: There cannot be any modification of your tea order once the tea has been dispatched from our premises. So, it is imperative to write to us very quickly.

  • I provided the wrong address. Can I modify it?

Absolutely, you can, but it is of utmost importance that you write to us very quickly because once the tea has been shipped, it cannot be modified. So keep in mind to contact us as soon as possible.

3. Refunds, Returns and exchanges.

  • How do return and exchange work?

  • How do you refund my money?

If you wish to return an item and obtain a refund, for any reason, you must request to do so within 10 Days of purchase and the item should be in a sellable condition without any damages done to the

Packaging. Items with damages can be returned, if and only if, valid evidence is provided showing that the packaging was indeed damaged when bought off the shelf. In the case of order cancellations, whether it be online, or via email or telephone, you may do so within 10 hours of order placement.

  • How to unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Well, if you have already made up your mind, it’s quite simple – in any of our newsletters, in the end, there will be an “Unsubscribe” link. You can just click on the link and follow any instructions if any. You are done!

5. Other questions

  • Does your tea expire?

No! Tea, if properly stored, will never truly “expire” (i.e., it shouldn’t cause any adverse effects from drinking it just because it’s older). Instead, tea is given a “best by” date of 2 years, after which point it can become stale/less flavorful. The only thing that will make tea “expire” is moisture if your tea gets wet, it can rot or mould.

  • Can I make this tea iced?

Yes! All our teas can be used as hot tea or iced tea.

  • Does your tea make someone sleepy?

It depends on the tea. Teas with valerian root, absolutely! Unless you’re immune to it, Valerian root is great at putting you to sleep. Other herbs like chamomile are great for sleep or even stress relief. Teas with Camellia Sinensis, however, contain caffeine and aren’t great for rest.
